Day-of registration
You will be greeted at the Visitors Day Parking Area, along Camp Nedooae Road in Elderbank, and then directed to the Jamboree Main Gate where you will be welcomed at our registrations area.
Our team will explain the registration process, where you will be asked to leave a piece of Government Photo identification with us and get a couple of forms signed before you can access the site.
Once finished the registration process you will be provided with an identification badge that will be required to be displayed at all times, and a bracelet to wear.
Both of these items need to be returned when the you leave.
Activities
With that completed you can visit St. Andrews Plaza, and see all of the activities and entertainment going on; chat with the Canadian Wildlife Fund or the RCMP, talk with local representatives from Nova Scotia Search & Rescue; practice leathercraft at the Tandy Leather store; buy snacks; see Ham Radio’s; enjoy local entertainment and much more.
In the same area is our Scouts Canada Trading Post which you are also welcome to visit.
Further along the Camp road you will see our “Drop In” Program Area where youth can just drop in at any time to enjoy new adventures
Continuing past the Drop In Program area, walk down to the beach and see the Main Stage, and onwards towards the lake front access where you’ll likely see hundreds of youth and adults playing or learning water based skills.
Once you have finished your visit, you should return to the Registration area at Jamboree Main Gate, where you will be handed back your photo identification in return for the Jamboree Identification and bracelet.
