04 Mar Nova Scotia Power donates poles to 26th Halifax
NS Power has generously donated (and delivered) two power poles to be used as the base for a new walkway across the culvert at our cabin.
As you may recall, the culvert is very steep. Volunteers put considerable work into dismantling the old, rotten bridge last fall and it’s presently a challenge to cross the culvert with gear.
Of course, with the poles now in place we actually have to build the bridge… but this is a big step in helping us in the process.
