Hi Cubs families,
We had a great camp this past Friday/Saturday at the 26th Halifax cabin – thank to all who made this memorable outing possible! We’ll post photos very soon.
This week we are meeting at the hall. Here’s a snapshot of the agenda:
Good deeds – Please remind your Cub that they will need to talk about a good deed they have done as a part of the opener.
Intro to Kub Kars – We’re going to start talking about this really fun part of our program! Cubs who made Kub Kars last year should bring them; last year’s kars were impressive in design and engineering – and 2nd and 3rd year Cubs can help explain what it’s all about!
We’re going to start planning around Kub Kars and do more trial runs. We think we’ll have a good chance this year at the rally if we have time to build and practice Kub Kars!
Steam off collaborative/team building games.
Knots – we’ll be learning how to do these knots.
